Set Menu 1 - $49.50 Two courses
FIRST FLAVOURS
Prawns - Garlic (cream sauce) or chilli prawns (napoli sauce), served with a timbale of arborio rice and petit salad.
Asparagi al forno - Oven roasted asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, topped with a poached egg and shaved Reggiano parmigiano cheese, drizzled with a touch of Umbrian truffle oil. V- (Vegetarian option: without prosciutto).
Calamari - Pan seared calamari tossed with rocket, cherry tomatoes and house tartare.
Cozze Orsini - A hearty bowl of mussels with parsley, garlic, tomato & herbs, served with home-made toasted sour dough.
Agnolotti di ricotta - (V) Caramelised leek and ricotta filled Agnolotti pasta with vine ripened diced tomato and olive oil dressing.

Risotto di Anitra con Fungi
A slowly roasted duck breast and field mushroom risotto, with green beans.

Linguine or risotto ai frutti di mare
Linguini or risotto with tiger prawns, local mussels, scallops, fresh calamari, fish of the day, and garlic, finished in olive oil (pomodoro sauce optional)

Petto di pollo con piselli e salsa di funghi porcini
Roast breast of Yarra Valley Chicken served with braised peas and kipfler potatoes in a porcini
mushroom sauce, garnished with crispy prosciutto.
Beef cheeks braised in red wine on a bed of creamy desiree mash potato, garnished with Kaiser Flesh lardons and button mushrooms.

Confit of Duck leg on a bed of crushed kipfler potatoes with sautéed spinach ~ finished in a red wine jus ~

Grilled 250 g eye fillet with a creamy desiree potato mash and caramelized onion.~ finished with a four peppercorn sauce or a red wine jus ~

DESSERT
Mousse cioccolato - Orsini style mousse with Callebaut Belgian chocolate
Tiramisu - Italian tiramisu cake with an amaretto & coffee anglaise.
Semi Freddo - A triple layered creamy chocolate and vanilla parfait with frangelico and Macadamia nuts. ( served cold ).
Affogato - Vanilla bean ice-cream, served with espresso coffee and your choice of liqueur - strega, baileys, frangelico, tia maria or kahlua
Buddino - Sticky date pudding with toffee sauce and vanilla bean ice-cream
Torta di limone - A glazed lemon tart served with house Chantilly cream.
Crepes - Strawberry or Lemon & Sugar, served with vanilla bean ice-cream
Both of the above selections include espresso coffee and tea

Basic Package $18.50 per person
Includes beer, house wines and soft drink
Deluxe Package $23.50 per person
Includes Australian Sparkling, domestic light and heavy beer, wine, spirits and soft drink
Please note that the beverage package has a two-hour time limit
